The Bachelor in Design: Comprehensive Design aims to prepare ambitious professionals to tackle real-world challenges. It’s built on our practical approach to learning as well as our faculty’s world-class expertise and research. According to Academic Director Clara Llamas, the program explores the “transformative potential of human creativity” to cultivate a “just and more beautiful world.”

During the first two years in Segovia, you’ll gain an introduction to the design world and dive into creative methodologies, among other foundational topics. You’ll study in Madrid for the last two and continue refining your design skills and business acumen. This period also provides opportunities to take personalized electives and deepen your knowledge of materials, creative coding, and different tech tools.

Bachelor in Design: Interior Design

Are you interested in redefining aesthetics and transforming spaces? The Bachelor in Design: Interior Design is your gateway to more functional and aesthetic living, equipping you to spearhead quality projects that add value to organizations.

This four-year program is innovative by design. It follows a holistic curriculum that provides training in classical design principles and interior design fundamentals like spatial ergonomics and sustainable materials. However, it goes one step further by covering specialized topics and emerging technologies, as well as maintaining a dedicated focus on sustainability and human-centered design. Our methodology lets you build a theoretical basis and hands-on expertise at the same time.

Learning takes place in Segovia and Madrid, a rich backdrop contrasting historic and modern design. In the first year, you will gain an in-depth overview of interior design philosophies and techniques. Dive deeper into aesthetic principles and sustainable design in year two before exploring technology solutions, advanced concepts, and practical Design Studio projects in the third year. During the fourth and final year, you’ll tackle a final capstone project to demonstrate all you’ve learned throughout the program.
